Dorgon Samrey: Cookers Cry Twice

CONTEXT:

This game was created as part of a two-week Gamejam organized by IIM for M1 students.

The jam's theme was on the world of ALT.CTRL GAMES by creating a game functionning with a manually created original alternative controller.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

In “Dorgon Samrey: Cookers cry twice”, you’ll embark on a thrilling and rhythmic culinary competition unlike any other. Join the world-renowned (and feared), Dorgon Samrey, in an exhilarating fusion of gastronomy and arcade-style action.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:

• PLAY AS A CANDIDATE (VICTIM) OF DORGON’S POPULAR SHOW - Get ready to be put in an aspiring chef’s boots taking on the challenges of Dorgon Samrey’s show. Warning, may contain spontaneous outbursts of swearing.
• ARCADE RHYTHM GAME - Challenge your reflexes and skills in 3 different mini games designed to make you feel the heat of a world class competition.
• VARIETY OF RECIPES - Prepare a wide range of dishes, from exotic to downright crazy!
• SOUNDTRACK - A lively soundtrack that matches the parodic nature of the game as it is based on the original Hell’s Kitchen opening track.
• OFFBEAT SIMULATION - Incorporate different cooking techniques, such as ingredient selection, cutting up, and grilling. 

  LEAVE WITH A DIPLOMA - At the end of the show, you will have the huge honor to leave with a diploma showing your score and MAYBE a compliment from Dorgon Samrey in person (big maybe)
